Random samples coding

Files contain both RANDOM segments and segments selected for HIGH VOLUBILITY. To figure out which 15 clips correspond to RANDOM segments, go to the "sampling_type" tier and ONLY annotate random segments. Skip high-volubility and high-volubility-extra-- random clips are not necessarily chronologically first.

On the "code_num" tier, random intervals should be numbers 1-15, though they will not necessarily be in that chronological order.
