After all the checks have been completed for a month's audio and video files, they go through a series of steps before they're officially in their final form.

Here we describe all the steps for both audio and video files.

audio

• Audio Batch Personal Info Scrub

  • the .cha files need to have the *SCR (scrub) tier and scrubbed comments written in (in batch)

  • the .wav files for each audio needs to be scrubbed for personal info, in batch

• Sparse Code Rename

  • the final .cha file in the Audio_Annotation folder needs to be renamed as XX_YY_sparse_code.cha

  • the final .csv basic level in Audio_Analysis folder needs to be renamed as XX_YY_audio_sparse_code.csv

video

• Video Batch Personal Info Scrub

  • the .cha files need to have the *SCR (scrub) tier and scrubbed comments written in (in batch)
