After all the checks have been completed for a month's audio and video files, they go through a series of steps before they're officially in their final form.

After all the checks have been completed for a month's audio and video files, they go through a series of steps before they're officially in their final form.

Here we describe all the steps for both audio and video files.

### audio

  * the .cha files need to have the \*SCR (scrub) tier and scrubbed comments written in (in batch)
  * the .wav files for each audio needs to be scrubbed for personal info, in batch

  * the final .cha file in the Audio\_Annotation folder needs to be renamed as XX\_YY\_sparse\_code.cha
  * the final .csv basic level in Audio\_Analysis folder needs to be renamed as XX\_YY\_audio\_sparse\_code.csv
