Log into Qualtrics!
Navigate to the appropriate survey under My Projects: VI Intake, HI CDI/Eyetracking Intake, or TD Intake
Under the Data and Analysis tab, select Export Data
Download as a .csv
Connect to Blab share!
Open the downloaded file and the appropriate qualtrics_raw.csv
qualtrics_raw.csv
Enter the VIHI_ID into the first column of XX_qualtrics_raw.csv
Take columns R-CA of the downloaded file (for any new administrations), and paste into columns B-BL of XX_qualtrics_raw.csv
Save XX_qualtrics_raw.csv and close the downloaded file.
Open the appropriate qualtrics.csv
In the XX_qualtrics.csv:
Enter the VIHI_ID in the VIHI_ID column
VIHI_ID
In the ChildAge column, enter just the Age in Days (last three-four characters of VIHI_ID)

In the Sex column, enter M or F for male or female

In the BirthWeight column, enter the birth weight (column E in XX_qualtrics_raw.csv) rounded to the nearest tenth pound
