Words & Gestures

• Download CDIs from webcdi.stanford.edu

  • Make sure to download all new administrations from ELASI-VI Words and Gestures and ELASI-HI Words and Gestures

Download the Summary CSV

• Open VI_CDI_Schedule.xlsx and log new CDI month in the Completed column

Words & Sentences

  • Make sure to download all new administrations from ELASI-VI Words and Sentences and ELASI-HI Words and Sentences

Download the Summary CSV

• Open VI_CDI_Summary.csv or HI_CDI_Summary.csv

  • Enter columns A-B for new administrations from downloaded file into columns A-B in XX_CDI_Summary.csv

  • Enter either WS in column C in XX_CDI_Summary.csv

  • Calculate age in days for participants (given date on which CDI was completed, found in column K of downloaded file) then enter VIHI_ID into column D in XX_CDI_Summary.csv

  • Enter column C from downloaded file into column E in XX_CDI_Summary.csv

  • Enter columns D-E from downloaded file into columns F-G in XX_CDI_Summary.csv

  • Enter columns F-BG from downloaded file into columns H-BI in XX_CDI_Summary.csv

  • Enter column BV from downloaded file into column BJ in XX_CDI_Summary.csv

  • Enter columns BW-BY from downloaded file into columns BS-BU in XX_CDI_Summary.csv

  • Enter columns BZ-CK from downloaded file into columns CJ-CU in XX_CDI_Summary.csv

  • Enter 'NA' in XX_CDI_Summary.csv in columns:

    • BK-BR

    • BV-CI

• Open VIHI_CDI.csv

  • Enter VIHI_ID (column D in XX_CDI_Summary.csv) to VIHI_ID column (A) in VIHI_CDI.csv

  • Enter WS in Version column (C) in VIHI_CDI.csv

  • Enter # of words produced (column BS in XX_CDI_Summary.csv) in WordsProduced column (D) in VIHI_CDI.csv

  • Enter NA in WordsUnderstood column (E) in VIHI_CDI.csv

  • Enter VIHI in Source column (F) in VIHI_CDI.csv

• Open VI_CDI_Schedule.xlsx and

  • Check the appropriate completed column

  • List new CDI month in the CompletedCDIs column

Check completed18 for 18-month CDIs

Payment

• Open PaymentTracking.xlsx

  • Fill in parent name, email, study (surveys), payment amount ($20), gift card preference (VISA, Amazon, or either), and the date parent completed the surveys. Parent contact information can be found in VIHI_contact_information.xlsx

• Send a message to gift-card-participant-payments channel on Slack to alert lab staff to new participant(s)
