Install Box app on desktop:
The Box app will appear as a tab on the left-side of the Finder Window
After the application has successfully been installed, open up the box website on your browser.
Sign into Box folder
Click on the folder that you would like to sync to desktop
On the right side, click on Details
Move the Sync to Desktop Button to the right
You can now save any document from your desktop to the Box folder.
Your computer should have a saved version of the file (especially if you hit SAVE recently)!
