VI Recruitment Tracking Spreadsheet

Please monitor this sheet regularly as it (1) tracks each family's/contact's interaction status and (2) notifies you when another interaction is due

VI_Social_Media_Tracking

  • Family interaction status

    • White = active interaction, e.g. still waiting for their response to 1st message, 2nd message, scheduling followup

    • Grey = no active interaction, e.g. not interested, no response, interested but ineligible

    • Yellow = appointment scheduled / Survey or Lena materials sent to familiy

    • Orange = ongoing rescheduling interaction in progress

    • Green = complete interaction e.g. appointment has been completed

  • Due for another interaction

    • If a parent responds within 5 days since the last interaction, the subsequent column will stay white

    • However, if a parent doesn't respond within 5 days since the last interaction, the subsequent column will turn red >> due for another interaction
