Batchexport is the script used at the end of a subject's involvement in the study to copy all video and audio files from their Subject Files directory (within Opus) into an external drive.
Close this script after each use! In other words, close and re-open the script after exporting audios AND after exporting videos.
Run the main python file (batchexport.py) through the Terminal or via the python executor.
Click "Load Videos" and select the subject's main directory within Opus/Subject_Files (ex. 01_08-09-1992).
Wait for batchexport to collect all video files. The script looks for the format ##_##_video.mp4 (ex. 01_06_video.mp4). If you don't see a month's videos:
a. the month's video may have been mislabeled
b. the month's video needs to be re-rendered (use the .veg file within the Processing folder for that month to re-render the video)
c. the month's video is in the wrong subject's folder
d. we are missing the month's video (check the Recording_Info.xlsx sheet within Opus/Subject_Info_and_Paperwork and Asana)
Select all the relevant videos and hit "Select" after you are finished.
Export the videos to the new location by clicking "Export" and selecting the folder to save the files.

Click "Load Audios" and select the subject's main directory within Opus/Subject_Files (ex. 01_08-09-1992).

a. the month's audio may have been mislabeled
b. the month's audio needs to be re-made (use the computer Lily to export another .wav file, rename it and save it to the Processing folder)
c. the month's audio is in the wrong subject's folder
d. we are missing the month's audio (check the Recording_Info.xlsx sheet within Opus/Subject_Info_and_Paperwork '''and''' Asana)
Select all the relevant audios and hit "Select" after you are finished.
Export the videos to the new location by clicking "Export" and selecting the folder to save the files.
We will use DVDVideoSoft's "Free MP4 Video Converter" (found here) to make videos a smaller size to be given to parents. This should decrease the usual file (4+ GB) to 1 GB.
Choose output directory to be the final destination of the video files (most likely where you exported the videos to using batchexport.py).
Drag in all the videos for the subject into the drop window.
Click "Convert" to re-render the videos to lower quality
Scroll through all videos and audios and confirm that they have a valid icon and size.
Delete the older videos that are larger in size (i.e. not _final.mp4)
Log any missing data
Package drive and give to parent!
Click "Output Name" and type "final" to add a tag to the re-rendered videos.
Confirm that the preset is "MP4" and it's "Normal Quality" (see below)
