Old USBs for Home Visits

All laptops that use the USBs should have an up-to-date antivirus!
Sign Out the USB on the large whiteboard in the lab.
You should start moving in your audio file (.wav) into the drive 30 minutes prior to your visit.
If you have a Mac laptop, use the USB labeled with "Mac," if you have a Windows PC, use the USB labeled with "Windows."
Plug in USB on a Mac in the lab (Bergelson2014-1, Hyacinth, Peony, etc.)
Click the drive labeled "Seedlings 2."
Double-click the .dmg file located with in the drive and type in the password (ask someone in the lab if you don't know).
Another drive labeled "Seedlings 2" is activated if you type the password correctly. This drive does not have "files.dmg."
Move any existing files in this drive into the trash, and empty out the trash.
Drag in your audio, cex and Annotation Notes" files into space.
Plug in USB on a PC in the lab (Visionary, Bergelson2014-2, Lily, etc.)
Open the drive labeled "USBENTER" and double-click the UsbEnter.exe file. {{attachment:usb pc 1.png|width=300}}[broken pc image]

Move any existing files in this drive into the trash, and empty out the trash.
Drag in your audio, cex and Annotation Notes" files into space. {{attachment:usb pc 3.png|width=300}}[broken pc image]
Transfer all files back into the Working Files directory within Opus.
Sign in the USB on the large whiteboard in the lab.
