Thanks for sending us your CITI Certification!

A little bit about where you are now: this is our Gitbook, where we store lots and lots and lots of information about how the lab operates. Feel free to explore the pages, if you're so inclined! We'll lead you through a few specific pages in the following steps.

1. Read Expectations of Research Assistants and the Remote Addendum

2. Read Annotation Introduction -- specifically the tabs labeled "The Codes" and "Intro to Videos". Skip watching a video/listening to an audio and skim "Intro to Audios."

3. Read Annotation Notes.

4. Skim through the Video Specific Notes section of Video Annotation Checks. These won't all apply to the video work you'll do in Sampler Hours, but it will give you some context for what you see.

After you read the pages, go to the Box link that we provided by email and download the folder to a safe local place (e.g. your computer's desktop)--don't use a Box sync function for this. You will later entirely delete this folder from your computer, so just be aware of where it is located!

Now follow the instructions in this tutorial:

The tutorial will walk you through these steps, but when you think you're done, just triple check that you did these things:

1. Made comments on a version of the answer key with your initials, saved, and sent by email attachment to Hallie/Lilli.

2. Delete the folder downloaded from Box off of your computer and empty the trash/recycle bin.
